I have run out of upgrades to do to this RV, so I'm selling so I can upgrade another RV. My loss, your win! Just last week, I installed a highly efficient DC A/C unit that can run on the batteries that have also been upgraded to Lithium 600Ah with a battery management system that will heat the batteries to above freezing to prevent any damage when charging in cold weather. I have also installed a massive 3000-watt sine wave Victron Inverter that allows you to run multiple appliances at once, like a toaster and microwave, all while on the batteries, and you will be amazed at the performance of these batteries. I have only tested the A/C unit it hasn't even been used while camping yet.

Initial tests of the A/C running on battery all day, it only went down 11% on an 80-degree day. The A/C unit is also extremely quiet.

I've also installed 3 brand new 100-watt solar panels on the roof, which does a great job handling the electrical load during the day when not on shore power or generator. The generator only has about 80 hours, and now that it has the 600Ah Epoch batteries, you will find that you won't have a need for the generator much at all. But it's always nice to have.

This RV also has a huge 16-gallon propane tank that is way more than other RVs' this propane can be used for the Generator, Refrigerator, Truma Furnace, cooktop inside, and even using the convenient external connection for a grill or Blackstone! We have gone on 3-week trips using the propane daily and have never even used half of the tank.

The refrigerator will run on propane, 120-volt shore power, 120-volt inverter, or direct to the 12-volt battery. I'm always very impressed with this fridge and its capabilities to keep everything at the perfect temperature the entire camping trip.

Up until last year, this RV has been in southern California (San Diego), with never seeing cold weather or salt. So the underside looks really good. Also, while in the MN/WI area, it has always been stored inside with climate control.

All of the house windows, 8 of them, have had screens installed at 320 per screen. An extremely useful Rolef screen has been installed on the main sliding door, allowing you to go through the door with ease because it has a magnetic seal that automatically closes.

The front window has a built-in blackout shade with magnetic connectors, and the driver side and passenger side front windows come with custom-built magnetic shades.

We love that this unit comes with many safe options for travel, having 7 comfortable seats with seat belts. If you are like us and go on trips with 6 people, you will appreciate that. We are also throwing in a European invention that allows you to convert the front two seats into bunk beds, which is super convenient for sleeping lots of people with minimal effort.

The rear door has a ladder installed to allow easy access to the roof.

The RV has an extended BlueTec warranty, which is covered for 10 years or 120,000 miles, whichever is longer. That covers the DEF system and everything to do with it. This is on top of the drive train warranty!

The radio has been upgraded to support Apple carplay and Android Auto.
