Our 2014 FLEETWOOD Discovery 40E is a luxurious Class A motorhome that offers a truly premium and comfortable traveling experience. With only 28,609 miles on the odometer, this RV is still practically new. It has a spacious interior that we've loved, with a well-thought-out floor plan that includes 1 and a half baths, dishwasher, stacked washer dryer, and well-balanced of interior storage spaces.
This RV has been well-cared for, and we admiringly call her "Dixie". We have rarely used her, and she sits inside an RV Carport with so much potential. This is why we are selling her. The interior and exterior are in great shape. She recently had her annual maintenance performed, the full wall slide awning replaced, and the roof was recently coated with Dicor Fiberglass roof sealant.
For transparency, so that we don't waste your time and ours, the only issues are the following:
*The clear coat on the top cap (front, back, and sides) is peeling from sun exposure
*Top cap is all black in color
*Tires are 12 years old.
Less significant issues:
Black tank dump valve has a slight leak
Water fill inlet has a slight leak
