37 1/2 ft total length (bumper to nose) and approximate 25 1/2 ft from Pin to center of rear axle. Will turn very sharp if needed.

**Central Media Center door latch is broken, so we use a small piece of tape to keep it closed if watching a movie, otherwise the movie will stop as the door opens. Door covering fuse panel has same issue. Small piece of tape keeps it closed.**

Interior is a 9.5 out of 10. Very lightly used, never lived in.
Exterior is a 8.5 out of 10. This is a 2011 model that was stored outside so decals are fading and cracking. Pictures taken 1 month ago after a detail. As you can see, it still shows very nice. There are a couple small bubbles in the flat fiberglass panel.

I tow this with a 3/4 ton single axle and it is manageable. These Heartlands were built very sturdy, so this is not a light trailer, but very durable.

Possible help with delivery for an additional fee after full payment is received. I do not need help selling this 5th wheel, and I am not interested in trades at this time. We simply do not have the time to use this RV so we have decided to sell it.
