I must sell my RV so its priced to go. Lots of extras and all maintenance records included. Recent ignition and transmission computers replaced at Mercedes dealer. All new batteries (engine and 2 house batteries) and recent oil change. New power steering pump 2024. Shes been well loved.

The best part is it has a computerized leveling system which is a HUGE plus! Seeps 5-6 (upper bunk above drivers sleeps 2), 2 on pull out sofa in slide out and 1-2 on dinette benches. Dodge Sprinter 3500 chassis turbo diesel engine with very low miles. The interior is excellent with no tears or wear. Up front has tilt steering, cruise control, power windows and locks, air bags up front, AM/FM radio w/CD on dash, and back up camera console. A/C runs ice cold both in cab and house, furnace excellent. Electric/propane fridge. Propane 3 burner stove, microwave/convection oven, food pantry, full bath w/shower, toilet, sink and large clothing closet. Onon generator for going off grid, entertainment center Inc. CD/DVD player with flat screen TV and surround speakers, everything works great.

Lots of storage compartments. A 30 amp power cord and extra wheel hub caps, rear ladder to roof, bike rack, manual patio awning, trailer hitch, roof sealed twice in 2023.
