This is a VERY-LOW MILEAGE, lightly-used SINGLE-OWNER RV. Truly a rare unicorn that seldom becomes available!

It is from the estate of my brother and sister-in-law and has been in storage since their passing. The title has been transferred to my name for purposes of selling (title is clear and vehicle is smogged). While in storage, it's been kept ready-to-go with a solar trickle charger, and the diesel engine started easily and instantly each time it was checked over the years. It's been given all new tires, installed just a week ago, and it easily passed the smog test at that time. It's been driven from the San Francisco Bay Area to Reno to be sold; the drive also serving as a road test to confirm worthiness, which it passed without any issues.

My brother was at the beginning stages of boon-docking upgrades to make this RV self-sufficient off-grid for many days at a time. The upgrades weren't installed yet, but the plans and much of the equipment are included with the RV for the new owner to install (or to have installed), however, the RV is ready to go, whether or not the new owner decides to complete the upgrade.

The solar panels hadn't been purchased yet, but most everything else was. The uninstalled equipment includes three (3) 12V 90Ah Victron Smart Series LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries with Bluetooth, a Victron Orion Isolated DC/DC Converter (charger for the batteries), a Victron BMS 12V / 200A (battery management system), a box of 4/0 and 2/0 cables, lugs, power disconnect switch, heatshrink and more (for the installation), and a Garnet SeeLevel 1 Multi-Tank Indicator / monitor model 707 dual sender version. The current state of the batteries is unknown since they have never been installed (they are new in the original shipping crate).
