When I purchased it, I took it to my very reputable shop, J&H Automotive in Tangent OR, and had them do a full inspection then do all needed services and repairs. Including:
Oil Change
Transmission Service - Drain and Refill
New Rear Axle
Leaf Springs, Leaf Spring Hangers
Rear Calipers and U Bolts
Rear Rotors
Rear Brakes
New Suspension Rear Airbags from Bus Depot
New Parking Brake Cables
Replace One Heater Hose
New BF Goodrich all terrain tires (now with less than 5k miles on them)
Also, inside the rig, I removed all of the carpet and subfloor down to the frame, and installed new subfloor, low tox vinyl flooring and trim.
Had the entire exterior sealed at Southside RV Repair in Corvallis OR.
Microwave, Hot water heater, Air conditioner, 2 burner Stovetop, oven, 3 way fridge, awning, toilet, shower, sink, outside shower. All in great working condition.
Two bench seats and dining table which converts into a full-size bed option.
Generator, haven't used it, can't comment on it's status.
