This 27, 4 Season Certified unit has been covered and heated in the winter since I took ownership in 2021. The outdoor kitchen is great for keeping cooking odors out of your living space and the outdoor shower allows you to rinse off soiled items from your camping trip before entering the unit. It might seem like an extravagance, but the electric fireplace is a blessing to take the early morning chill off the unit!
All mechanical and electrical systems are in excellent working order and there are no water issues.
