Excellent condition, stored inside over winter, 5 brand new 14 ply tires installed in spring of 2024. Hands down the nicest one on here and its not close. Everything works, never any leaks, no damage. Comes with an equalizer weight distribution/anti sway hitch and basic camp hookup equipment. We have owned this since late summer 2019 (2nd owner) and it has been a fantastic camper for us. Mechanicals are in great shape, ready to go camping! Has a nice retractable shower door installed, upgraded roku smart tv, and is solar prepped on the side. Power tongue jack, power awning, gas/electric dsi water heater with newer control module. Table and chair option, which allows you to remove chairs and set up a pack n play or dog crate out of the way. Rear couch pulls out into another bed and theater seats are very comfortable for rain days. Lots of storage. Late model 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton towable. Dry weight and gvw in the photos.
