This is a 5th wheel Toyhauler that is 35' 11" long with 10' of garage area that is separated by a sliding door from the main living area. This has been owned by a retired couple with no pets.

This is a very high quality RV and it has been very well maintained. We have never had any problems with it and everything works great.

The main bedroom has a full-sized Queen bed. The garage can be made up with 2 queen bunk beds and 1 person sleeping on the couch makes sleeping for 7. The back loading ramp doubles as a raised patio with railings and stairs.
