This Keystone Cougar Half Ton 23 MLE is like new in excellent condition with only 500 miles towed. It features 2 slideouts with one in the living area for the sofa & refrigerator and the 2nd in the bedroom for the wardrobe. It has the following tanks: 54 fresh water tank, 60 gal gray tanks and 30 gal black tank. Two propane tanks = 14.2 gallons. The command system allows for easy control of awnings, lights, HVAC and to keep an eye on the tank levels. The power retractable awning is 16ft across. It features a dinette, lots of kitchen cabinets, theater seating with TV directly across from seating, nice pantry and coffee bar area. Lots of windows to enjoy the outside views from inside the camper. The outdoor kitchen with griddle and refrigerator makes it convenient for outdoor cooking and grabbing a cold beverage. A Brooklyn Bedding RV Queen size mattress is included (only slept on about a dozen times - looks brand new). There is storage under the bed and under one of dinette seats. A shoe cubby is under dinette right as you come in the door. Also included is a TV in the living are and one in the bedroom.
