We purchased this new in April 2024 and it is in mint condition. This is a beautiful 30' travel trailer the we have loved, however, we are selling because we are upgrading to a Class A motorhome to travel the country.

You will love the front kitchen which offers a huge window over the sink/counters providing an open space feeling and lots of light if you wish (has sun and privacy shade), lots of counter space, 3 burner stove, microwave, oven, pantry and large stainless sink, and an 8 cu ft Gas/Electric Refrigerator (the refrigerator and freezer stay cold via the solar panels/batteries; we stock it with food before leaving Richmond and drive to Florida with an overnight stop with no problems). This unit has an island with seating for 2, a comfortable sofa which converts to a queen bed and a 44 LG smart TV. All windows have sun and privacy shades.

This trailer has been to Florida twice and a few Virginia mountain trips.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with reading lights and electrical outlets on each side, 43 Insignia smart TV, tons of storage, including 2 large drawers under the bed.

The Bathroom is amazing with large dual vanity, lots of cabinet space and large shower with seat (48"x30"). No more trips to the campground showers!

This camper has it all (and we are throwing in several needed items (30 and 50 amp power cords with adapters, sewer hose, wheel blocks, etc with the right offer).
