33.Vroom bedroom slide mechanism-The standard system is made by Schwintek and is troublesome. There is a company in Tucson, AZ that has developed a better slide system. We had that done at the Vroom factory. Cost me $2800 four years ago. It is over $5K to do it today.

As you can see in the photos, the coach is very clean and in excellent condition. As an example, we wipe down the shower stall after every use. It looks like it is brand new. I have hand polished and waxed the exterior three of the four years we have owned it. Everything works as it should. Due to a crack, a new windshield was installed in the fall of 2024.

This is our fourth motorhome and is, by far, the favorite of all of them. It is 38'3" long with a bath and a half. It has three slides with the passenger slide being nearly 28 long. It has four TV's with the living room one being on a lift. It is a total electric with an Aqua Hot system for heat and hot water. The Phaeton is Tiffins middle level offering and is their best seller. It has many standard features that set it apart from many other motorhomes in that price range.

It has never been smoked in. We do have a nine-pound dog. She is a Schnoodle, a Schnauzer/Poodle mix that sheds very little and is considered to be hypoallergenic. Our daughter is allergic to dogs but has no problem being around our dog. The dog has been to all the lower 48 states during the past eleven years that we have been RVing so she is a well-traveled dog.

I have had annual service done every year we have owned it except for this year. We have not put many miles on it since the last service. That service was done at Freightliners service center in Gaffney, SC. The Freightliner plant that makes the chassis is also located in Gaffney. This is considered to be the very best place to have your Freightliner motorhome serviced.

We have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee tow vehicle that would be available for extra cost. It has 73,000 miles and is in excellent condition.

The past eleven years of traveling in our motorhomes has been wonderful. We have seen so many beautiful and interesting things. However, we are at an age now where it is time to back off on traveling. This is a great motorhome, and Tiffin has been a great service partner. We have never had an issue with being able to contact someone at Tiffin Service or to get parts when we needed them. Tiffin is known throughout the industry as having the best service. This is a very important part of someone deciding on which brand they are going to buy.
