RV Description
The camper is in good condition. There are no leaks. The refrigerator and freezer work on electric or propane and function fine. A/C works well. Furnace works on propane and works well. Water-heater works very well on propane, but see note below. Microwave works well. Stove and oven work well. All faucets and shower and toilet work well.
Booth and table seats 4, and converts to a bed.
Disclosures:
Water heater designed to operate on electric or propane. We accidentally damaged the electric heating component (we suspect) by draining the tank to travel but failed to turn off the electric. The propane heats the water very hot and we have not repaired the electric component in the water heater.
The forward awning arm has a little ding in it which affects retraction of the last 2 inches of the awning. It just needs a little nudge to line it up with the awning mount on the camper body.
Comes with: Hose to drain the black and grey water; hoses for city-water in, freshwater tank fill, and quick-connect sprayer; electrical cable for 30 amp and an attached surge protector; two spare tires
