RV Description
We are the original owners of this well cared for, pampered coach. Extremely clean and well maintained! We ordered this coach and were there when it was being built (we added extras while there).
It has a gas V-10 6.8 engine. It has run perfectly and has never let us down (serviced every 5000miles).
No accidents, no scratches, no kids, no pets, non smokers and never been lived in.
Chassis just inspected AND SERVICED. Brakes are at 75% and tires are in great condition.
**New chassis battery 4/25, new coach batteries 12/22, new Toyo tires and Koni shocks 10/22. Preventative maintenance (transmission service) done @57,000 miles 12/23.
This a bath and a half model, queen bed, overhead bunk, sleeper sofa (air mattress), and dinette sleeper. Has electric heater fireplace, heat pump in a/c unit as well as a propane heater.
Has LED headlights and added chrome goodies on the exterior. I have washed and waxed this coach myself since new and take pride in its appearance both inside and out.
No issues with this coach at all. It comes with lots and lots of just in case spare parts.
It is plumbed for a washer dryer combo and has a 10 gallon water heater.
We own it free and clear. We are in SoCal and invite all inspections! No dealers and no lowballers..please. We have it priced for a quick sale. We are moving to a Super Creason for selling.
