The 2017 Forest River Hemisphere Hyper-Lyte 24RLSHL is a mid-size travel trailer that is perfect a small family of 2-4 , though it can sleep up to 2 adults and 4 younger kids. The living area is a big open floor space, when the the slide-out extended. Having that much space to move about is been great! We've played family games 6 adults at the dining table with another folding table and added folding chairs. The refrigerator is residential 110-volt Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer. There is a ton of cabinet space, and a larger counter top area than you usually can find in a mid-size travel trailer, great for coffee maker, toaster, etc. with a 110 A/C outlet over the counter. In the back of the trailer is a 2-seat over-stuffed couch that folds out to a queen size hide-a-bed. The couch faces the entertainment cabinet on the other end of the living area. The slide out holds the dining table and bench seating, which also converts to a small twin sized bed. Under each of the dining benches is a long drawer for additional storage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with storage underneath and plenty of cabinet space. The master bed has a replacement quality 3 inch RV mattress, and we're including a 2-inch memory foam topper with it. The bathroom has a "corner shower" with room to move in, and can easily handles large people (I'm 260lbs). The floor plan for the bathroom has a door both to the living area and do the master bedroom, so middle of the night necessities can done without waking the children. The entertainment system is the standard Furrion unit with stereo, and DVD player (sorry not blue ray) and a digital flat screen TV on a swing arm. We have generally brought our Roku from home to play stuff on the TV, but the rotational antenna on top, does a great job of picking up channels in the area, and that doesn't need extending or retracting when travelling. There are both ceiling speakers as well as exterior speakers that provide stereo sound when audio is coming from the Furrion unit.

Outside, you'll find a power awning and outdoor speakers, perfect for enjoying a meal or relaxing outside. There is a mounting bracket and coax ports for an outside TV, should you wish to add one. The trailer also has plenty of storage space for all of your gear, with pass-through storage compartments and exterior access to the storage area under the bed.

This trailer has just had the wheel bearings packed, has brand new batteries, that will run the 110 refrigerator with the power inverter for 20 hours (or more), and newer Carlisle tires with less than 1,000 miles on them.

Also, we had this outfitted for renting, so silverware, coffee maker, toaster, 4 bag chairs, 4 cases of "Link Levelers", water hose with regulator, and sewer hose (stored in bumper). Also included will be the sway-control hitch with stabilizer and sway control bars.

The trailer itself is in very good, clean condition, and ready for the road immediately.
