Good - great condition for age; 3rd owner; recently serviced at Kent RV with two new batteries installed, a seam re-sealed (preventative - no water intrusion in the RV), furness serviced/purged, all gas lines purged.
RV tires are in good shape but are 8 years old so replacement should occur sooner than later.
Price is FIRM. Fairly priced based on age and condition. Sale is due to divorce but we have time to sell. If you come kick the tires and offer less than list price, I will add $500 to the price. Seriously.
