Custom Upgraded Camper Lightweight, Not Used Since Reno, Clean & Fully Outfitted!

Customized, updated, and ready for adventure or full time living! You will never find a lightweight camper with all of the these features!

This is our 17th RV renovation (we love the lifestyle, and have been looking for the "perfect one!"), and this was going to be our forever camper. It is a lightweight model, half ton towable, which now boasts an ONBOARD generator (which you will just never find in anything other than a toy hauler or motor home) and many other incredible upgrades! Life brought a happy change of direction, so now this one-of-a-kind, luxury RV is ready for someone else to enjoy. It has not been used even once since our reno. Most of the items included are brand-new. Our loss is your gain!

LAYOUT

We reworked the layout to make it feel open, roomy, and modern. The queen bed was rotated to open the space; there is even room for a small chair if desired.

This unit has one large slide-out which opens the living space beautifully.

Two rear bunks offer great space for kids, storage, or a great corner for the pets!

AMBIANCE

We added ambiance with a fireplace, great for a cozy glow on rainy days in the RV.

We replaced all of the flimsy, standard RV window treatments with high quality, residential black-out shades, which will keep it dark even in a well-lit Wal-Mart parking lot!

We removed all of that hideous border that comes in most models (ugh), and added just a few simple design elements to make it feel like home.

We even included fresh towels and new cheerful dishware!

LUXURY BED

We installed a brand new Zinus 10 memory foam mattress (still in the plastic!) which has adjustable positioning for reading or lounging, or uneven parking spaces! Four brand-new pillows are included. This is in the bedroom up front. The dinette also transforms into a full-sized bed, and there are the two twin bunks in back as well.

And while lounging in bed, you can fire up NetFlix on a new, Jinhoo TV projector, with two brand new screens: one tabletop, and one hanging, so you can watch movies inside or even outside under the stars.

OUTDOOR SHOWER

This RV has an indoor shower, and we added an awesome Oxygenics BodySpa RV shower sprayer. These give you high-pressure while also saving on water.

We love having an outside shower too, so we are including a new HappyPo solar camping shower system (with foot pump and built-in temperature gauge), and foldable Bambüsi spa-style bamboo shower mat that provides a clean, non-slip surface with natural drainage and a touch of luxury underfoot, also brand new!

HEALTHY UPGRADES

We did more than just make it prettywe made it safer. You know that awful chemical smell in every RV? They are constructed with materials which often loaded with VOCs like formaldehyde and phthalates, which can off-gas for many years. We werent going to live with that kind of a health hazard, so we stopped all of that by sealing the interior surfaces with a non-toxic sealant which eliminates off-gassing. In 90 degree heat, this camper does not smell like a chemical factory!

Speaking of chemicals, we dont enjoy drinking water in a camper from a big plastic tank that must be sterilized. Under the sink in this unit you will find a spot for a 5 gallon jug of drinking water, complete with a rechargeable pump. Game-changer.

We have included some water accessories as well: BPA-free, kink-free Camco EvoFlex 25 drinking water hose, (brand-new, never used), a Camco TastePURE 6-step inline water filtration system, (brand-new, never used), and an RVGUARD brass water pressure regulator with built-in gauge, (brand-new, never used), which is a MUST for any RV park visit for sure. (It prevents source water surges from damaging your plumbing.)

POWER

Everything you need to actually use and enjoy this camper is already includedno guessing, no last-minute supply runs, no corners cut. Its fully prepped for real-world camping, whether you're off-grid or full-hookup.

Onboard 4000W inverter generator - Professionally installed, quiet, and efficient.

This is not your average portable generator you have to lift or wrestle. Its mounted on a Stromberg Carlson tray and housed in a locking vented cargo box with anti-theft protection. Brand-new, zero hours, three year warranty. You almost never see this in a travel trailer, only in high-end motorhomes or toyhaulers. It's fully integrated and ready to power your lights, fridge, TV, and more without external hookups.

This all sits above the hitch, on a Stromberg generator tray and locking cargo box - Professionally mounted and vented for safety, accessibility, and theft protection, brand-new, never used.

For shore power, we included a brand-new surge protector, to safeguard your electrical system from sketchy campground hookups.

We added two brand-new batteries last fall, never used. They were stored indoors in a heated area all winter, and are ready to go!

SEWER

We included a Camco Sidewinder 20-ft sewer hose support system, which keeps everything flowing smoothly and campground-compliant, brand-new, never used.

We also included some TST RV toilet chemical and some rv bathroom tissue, because even the unglamorous stuff should be handled the right way

FUNCTIONALITY & EXTRAS

This camper is filled with practical, elevated upgrades that make life easier, on the road, at a campground, or parked in peace and quiet.

We added portable anti-slip metal stairs (a set of three) that fits over the existing rv step, making entry and exit much safer. You will be surprised at how much functionality this adds.

We had a new rear cargo rack professionally installed, for hauling bikes, crates, or outdoor gear.

Note: this unit has a power awning included. However, when we purchased it we were told that it needs two new awning arms (about $100 from Amazon). It was like that when we purchased it, and honestly were not awning people. So we left it alone. It comes as-is, full disclosure.

RECENT SERVICE

We had the air conditioner and roof professionally inspected and serviced in fall, and winterized.

We didnt cut corners, and we didnt settle. We built this with wellness and comfort in mind from day one.
