This 1956 Shasta 1500 travel trailer is the classic 'canned ham'. With its iconic aluminum skin and rounded shape, whether used for camping trips or as a unique back-yard space, the Shasta exudes charm and character.

The interior of the Shasta is in great shape. The trailer was rebuilt from the platform up in 2006 including new exterior and interior skins, insulation and wiring, with the original windows reinstalled. The floor is Marmoleum and in excellent shape. The front table and bench seats break down to a clever platform bed with storage under both seats. The original Princess propane stove works well. Plenty of storage in the kitchen and a built in closet and shelves provide yet more storage. The rear bed is a high density foam mattress in perfect condition. Original windows open for airflow. There is a new and unused porta-potty in a cabinet under the stove.

The trailer is set up for 120V power hookup to electric lights and three interior power outlets and for a water hose hookup that feeds the sink faucet.

Overall exterior dimensions: 14'-8"L x 6'-8"W x 7'-6"H. The length includes 2'-5" of tongue.
Interior dimensions: 12'-0"L x 6'-4"W x 6'-0" H
The Shasta weighs 1770 pounds empty and tows easily. Tongue weight is 220 pounds
