A Beautiful Travel Trailer Looking for Its Next Chapter
We're reluctantly parting ways with our beloved 2021 Heartland Pioneer DS320 - not because there's anything wrong with it, but because life has taken us in a wonderful new direction as parents!
Our Story
When we were newlyweds, we bought this gorgeous 37-foot travel trailer thinking we'd enjoy some magical adventures of our lives. Instead, we took it on 2 local trips, Henry Cowell Campgrounds and Smithwoods in Felton.
It became the perfect guest quarters at our mountain retreat up in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Friends and family absolutely loved staying in it, when visiting for the weekend. Gave them their own private space while still being close enough for campfires and morning coffee together.
But last year, we welcomed our little ones into the world, and our priorities have completely shifted. Between diaper bags, car seats, and everything with being new parents, this beautiful RV has been sitting far more than it deserves. It breaks our hearts to see such an amazing travel trailer not getting the adventures it was built for.

This Pioneer DS320 has been nothing but reliable and comfortable. At 37 feet 4 inches, it's spacious enough for real living but still manageable to tow. The layout is thoughtful, the build quality is solid Heartland craftsmanship, and it's been our home away from home in the best possible way.
