Priced to Sell! Great Buy!! Buyer Transports from the Storage lot in Sequim.
Purchased this trailer in 2022 thinking my husband and I may be able to use it for the occasional weekend. Then came a rapid progression of his Alzheimer's and cancer. Our new purchase went into a very well-kept and secure storage yard through 2023. My son then came, staying in the RV temporarily at a very nice RV Park here in Sequim while helping me care for my husband. My son ended up staying on, but the trailer is back in storage. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use the trailer for what it was meant for, so I have decided to sell.
I bought the Surveyor from good friends, which were the original owners. They also live in Sequim. It is a beautiful trailer (just needs some cleaning up). The trailer sleeps 4; the kitchen table area turns into a bed for 2 and a queen sized comfy space as you walk into the trailer to the right. I only recently replaced the stock mattress with a new queen sized, deep (memory foam) RV mattress made by "Ghostbed," which also includes 2 pillows and sheets; a $1500.00 purchase. It is wonderful!
In front of the main bedroom is an entertainment center which includes a 32" TV, a Sony DVD player, and a Bluetooth stereo with surround sound. This includes an outdoor speaker as well. Just below this equipment is an add that was opted for; an electric fireplace.
Registration/ tags are up to date, and I have a clean title.
