We are the second owners. Our understanding is the first owners purchased the unit new from Quietwoods RV in Wisconsin. They used it about three months a year then kept it covered in the off months. We got it in October 2023. All the ownership documents are clear and available, manuals and invoices, paperwork, etc. are in a bag and kept inside the unit. They were given to us when we purchased it, they will convey with the camper to the new owner.

This unit is in immaculate nearly brand new condition. Most people who saw it in the campground though it was new. The inside is exceptionally clean and with practically no wear and tear. Great bang for the buck on this one. We left the campground, so we have listed this unit for sale. It is beautiful, it phenomenal condition, and everything works properly.
