The only things we've changed from stock was to add shelves in what used to be a wardrobe that extended into the bedroom so much it was difficult to get in/out of bed and access the drawers below it. However, there is already an additional wardrobe in the bedroom for hang-up clothes. We also removed the blind valances so we could fix all the blinds. There is some minor damage on the body on the passenger side rear. It looks like the previous owner maybe tried to back through a tree. The ladder is a bit bent over and there are marks on the fiberglass. In one place it could use some fiberglass repair. The clear coat on the back is also peeling and could use some attention, but we'll price it right for that. You'll be able to see that damage in the photos. Additionally, a few of the basement storage struts have seen better days. It wasn't that big of a deal to us, but I do want to be as transparent as I possibly can.

This poor girl was left to sit by the previous owner. We dealt with all the issues that resulted last year. That includes:

We have now been able to enjoy "Big Bertha" on multiple trips around the area and cross country trips without issue. She runs and drives great. The only reason we're selling is to upgrade to a bigger rig for our adventures.
