I have a 2006 NuWa HitchHiker Premier 35LK RSB 5th Wheel Travel Trailer, that I've been Living in for The Last 6 Years, 8 Months & Counting.

In 2006, This was The Top of The Line 5th Wheel Travel Trailer & Brand New, it Cost $74,000.00 to Buy it.

I'm The 3rd Owner & I have a Clear Title for it & The Trailer is Registered until Mid 2026.

I'm Selling This Trailer "As Is" & I'm Asking $12,500.00 for it, unless You want Me to Fix Everything that is Wrong with it, then I will be Asking $25,000.00 for it, but Feel Free to Make Me an Offer for it if You're Genuinely Interested in it.

The Pictures are from when I Bought it, so Please Bear That in mind, before You come to See it.

This is a Completely Gasless, All Electric Travel Trailer, that will be Sold without any Furniture or a Mattress in The Bedroom or an Awning & Most of The Gas Lines have been Removed.

It currently has an Electric Furnace from RV Comfort Zone, The Air Conditioner is 5 Years Old & The Roof was Completely Redone in 2017.

The Original Dometic Refrigerator Quit Working & I was Forced to Replace it with a Normal Refrigerator from Home Depot & it works just fine.

The Gas Stove/Oven Has Never Worked & it will Need to be Replaced with an Electric Unit, unless You Decide to Install New Gas Lines & have it Fixed.

The 2nd TV in The Bedroom was Broken, so I Removed The TV & I Turned The TV Cabinet into a Storage Area.

There's a Closet in The Nose of The Trailer, for a Stackable Washer & Dryer Unit in The Bedroom.

The Original Spongy Type Carpet Needs to be Replaced & All of The Curtains & Window Awnings were Old, Nasty & Dusty, so I Removed All of Them & All of The Furniture is Completely Wore Out, so I'll be Removing All of The Furniture that came with The Trailer.

The Trailer is Missing a Few Window Screens.

It has a Few Flaws, so This will be a Good Fixer Upper to who ever has The Time, Energy & Money to put into it.

It's Located in Canton, Texas, where it's been since January 8th, 2019 & I've had it in My Possession since November 18th, 2018.

This 5th Wheel Travel Trailer can be Seen on Highway 64, across from The Car Dealership, where it will remain until it's been Sold.

Lastly, before You think about going a Long Distance with This Trailer, You will need to Buy a Set of 4 New Tires or at least Good, Used, Road Worthy Tires.
