For sale: 2022 Forest River Flagstaff Super Lite 529BH Bunkhouse 5th wheel RV. For sale privately by original owner. Was purchased in 2024 as a new 2022. Although it's currently 3 years old, it's only been in use since April of 2024. It was delivered from dealer to campground about 150 miles away and hasnt moved since. This listing is for the camper only, located in Fort Atkinson, WI. We would remove from all external plumbing and blocking, remove from the site, and it would be available to be picked up from campground with your vehicle.

This has been used by a single family as our periodic weekend recreation. It has been kept to the highest standards of care and cleanliness no dirty dishes, towels, or laundry have ever been left during unoccupied periods. It has been thoroughly cleaned after each use. Only individually packaged or sealed foods have been kept there. It has very limited carpeting and does not have normal funky smells typical of used campers. All mattresses were removed from original plastic when new and put into waterproof mattress protectors. All personal items were removed over winter to minimize bug risks. The slides have been pulled in after each use and stored this way without exception. It will be hard to find one this clean. No water issues now or ever. There are no known mechanical issues or defects, this is turn key.

Exterior and Mechanical: Flat panel exterior, LCI turning point hitch, TST tire pressure monitor prep, easy lube axles, alloy wheels, Nev-R adjust brakes, rear observation camera prep. Aluminum framed walls, radius roof, heated holding tanks and enclosed underbelly for year-round travel. Water-pur filtration system, Nautilus plumbing controls, power inverter, solar power w/ dual batteries, Wifi extender, Antenna, and automatic leveling system. Dual 30 pound propane tanks. Two slides with included canopy covers. 50 Amp power and cord. Walkable roof with access ladder. Power awning with angle adjustment and LED lit. Outside kitchen w/ mini fridge (never used), cooktop, folding table, and flat top griddle. Zoned sound system with exterior speakers. TV mount and prep for outside TV. Gas or electric water heater, gas or electric furnace, dual air conditioning with dual zone climate control (bedroom cools separately from rest of camper, easier to cool that one particular room).

Kitchen: Solid surface countertops, undermount stainless look sink, concealed hinge cabinet doors, glass inlay for overhead cabinets, staggered cabinets, 3 burner LP stove and oven. Built in microwave. Undercabinet lights. Stainless look fridge w/ freezer and pantry cabinet. Folding additional counter next to sink. Tile look backsplash. Kitchen is awesome with plentiful storage.

Living area: Electric fireplace, TV, sound system with three zones (soundbar in living room, speakers in bedroom, speakers outside) and integrated CD and DVD player. Able to play music via Bluetooth through this system. Additional staggered/glass cabinets over loveseat with under cabinet light. Loveseat pulls out to full sized bed. Ceiling fan w/ wall switch. Good size cabinets w/ glass over TV.

Dining area: King size U dinette with chandelier. Folds down to another full-sized sleeping area. Vinyl floor for easier care.

Bunkhouse: Twin over full beds with additional crib size mattress. In theory, two kids can sleep in L shape on top, and two on bottom in full sized mattress. Plenty of storage drawers under ladder, doors under lower bed, and tall cabinet with adjustable shelves. There is washer dryer prep in that closet, you can install your own WD and be ready to go. Wall mounted Fire TV. Windows in both bunks, sliding interior door. The full and twin bunks are residential sized mattresses.

Master bedroom: Queen sized residential mattress flips up with storage underneath. Overhead cabinets with additional storage and undercabinet lights. Dual built in nightstands, one of which includes multiple drawers. Wardrobe w/ mirrored doors and hanging storage. 32 TV by door opening swings out. Swing door at hallway and sliding door connected directly to bathroom.

Bathroom: Corner radius shower w/ stainless showerhead and water miser system. Upgraded porcelain toilet, stainless steel sink. Additional storage cabinet perfect for towels. Over toilet storage for TP and cleaning supplies. Medicine cabinet w/ shelves and additional storage under sink. Upgraded MaxxAIR fan is awesome controlled by remote and helps control moisture and odor.

Weve found this to be a full featured camper with great amenities for a family of four. Theres not much you could be looking for that you dont get with this one. The modern colors and nicer finishes give it an upscale feel too without being flashy or over the top. This is only available due to an upcoming work relocation.
