This 2021 Forest River Rockwood High Wall HW277 is ready for your next camping adventure! All the amenities of a larger RV, but light enough to be towed by smaller trucks or SUVs. High wall design provides extra head room and storage compared to traditional pop-up campers. It's well-maintained and significantly upgraded.

Kitchen features a 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and sink. Pull-out outdoor kitchen has a stove and sink, and a cast-iron griddle mounts to the exterior wall.

Bathroom has a shower and toilet, with custom-built hard walls for additional privacy. Also has an outdoor shower for rinsing gear (or for a proper shower if youre brave!). Weve upgraded the gray and black tank plumbing to make dumping the tanks a breeze. All hoses are included.

Comfortably sleeps 6, with a King bed in the front and Queen bed in the rear. Both beds have heated mattresses. The pull-out dinette can seat 6, or be converted to a bed and sleep 2 additional people.

Propane furnace makes winter camping possible. Additional amenities include a large awning, air conditioning, two 20-pound propane tanks. We've also added a 2nd battery with selection switch, a rear-facing camera with in-vehicle screen (makes towing a breeze!), rear-mounted portable waste tank and a 2000W Champion Dual-Fuel generator for extended boondocking. Comes with weight-distribution hitch and towing hardware.

Stored under a carport when not in use.  We are happy to demonstrate the setup process for the buyer.
