I am the original owner of this beautiful coach and have the clear title. I bought this while in transit from the factory, so it wasn't sitting on the lot. It has always been stored in my shed whenever I wasn't travelling. You can see from the pictures this coach hasn't been sitting in the elements deteriorating. I perform my own maintenance to ensure the engine and generator oil and filter changes were properly done as well as lubricating the chassis. I winterized the water system using pink RV antifreeze every fall. It is in excellent condition and better than new because there are no issues for you to sort out. The Challenger was Thor's top of the line gas coach that is no longer produced. The two bathrooms and expansive space are what quickly drew my wife and I to this particular unit. It is a later model build which means it has a few items the earlier ones do not. The powerful V8 they call Godzilla with 350 HP, the radio controls on the steering wheel, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, automatic headlights, and under cabinet lighting. It also has the optional theater seating with foot rests. I highly encourage you to run a simple search on the web to learn the specs of the coach as well as find the brochure to read all the great features this model includes, the list is long. 2021 Thor Challenger 37FH. A few items worthy of noting are the GVWR of 24000 and GCWR of 30000. The 24000 tells you this is the more beefy chassis with 22.5 inch wheels which makes it ride so nice. The 30000 tells you it has a 6000 LB towing capacity. This is important as many gas coaches can only tow up to 4000 LBS. This coach also has separate 40 gallon gray and black tanks for each bathroom, 80 gallon total capacity for both black and gray water as well as a 100 gallon fresh water tank. The Onan 5500 generator can power the entire coach. If you want to boondock, you can go off the grid for a long time with this set up. Now I will mention the bonus items I am offering to the next owner. Absolutely everything we have for the coach can go with you for no additional cost. After purchase, you can drive away with everything needed to start your travelling adventures. A Weber Q gas grill with several new canisters, Govee Wi-Fi temperature sensor, Google streaming device, bedding, towels, dishes, cookware for the induction and gas stove, silverware, mats, rugs, folding tables, hoses, cables, tools and much more, right down to packaged firewood. I also have a Garmin RV780 GPS, TireMinder i10 TPMS with 6 sensors and a Hughes Watchdog portable 50 amp surge protector EPO to enhance you driving pleasure. You can choose to take a few items, all items or no items. I want to be clear my price is only for the coach. If you do not want any of the extras, I do not reduce my price as I believe it is already below actual value. Please look at other motorhomes and compare before reaching out to me and you will understand that this is a really nice, clean coach.
