Thanks for looking at our travel trailer. We have used this travel trailer with our family of 6 for almost 5 years. We purchased this travel trailer in late 2020 as used. However, it was basically brand new. The only reason we are selling it is because I purchased a class C to tow a race vehicle with. This camper is priced to sell and I am very transparent about any details. This is a great unit and we love it. We had thought about renting it out but just dont have the time.

It will come with a weight distribution hitch and stabilizer, several camping essentials such as blocks, wheel levelers, hoses, etc. The TV will stay with the camper as well. There are Goodyear Endurance tires that were installed last year with a heavier load rating. These are great tires that are basically brand new. Power tongue jack and stabilizers. There is a bike rack to mount 2 adult sized bikes to the front. A hitch receiver has been added to the rear bumper to add another bike rack or storage rack. The rear bumper had been welded and reinforced to the camper frame to give it strength.

This camper is still in great overall condition, although there are some signs of wear in it. The seats close to the windows do have some vinyl chipping and there are some minor cosmetic wear marks inside. Outside is overall in great shape as well. There is a wrinkle in the side where something was leaned against the camper as we pulled away and it deformed it about 3 years ago. It is sealed and there is no leakage concern. The roof is in great shape. The perimeter of the roof was sealed with butyl tape and two pokes in the roof we covered. A stick from a tree fell and hit it just right. The mini fridge in the outdoor compartment was replaced a few years back. Water heater works great and operates on propane or electric. Everything works as it should inside and out. The AC had a leak in 2021. I repaired the leak, added a service port and recharged it. (I am an HVAC service technician.)
