Very lightly used--we are second owners, and the first owner used it for about a month in southern Arizona, while we used it five times on trips around northern Arizona. Extreme weather package and heated water/waste tanks give you flexibility for year-round camping. Goodyear Endurance tires (including spare) have under 500 miles on them, and the Equal-i-zer sway control hitch is included ($250 credit if you don't want the hitch). Power awning, A/C, forced air heat, dual power water heater, and freezer/fridge, all working well.
