Presenting a 2018 Thor Palazzo 36.3, featuring one full bath and an additional half bath, designed to comfortably accommodate five adults, with ample space for children during camping excursions. This motorcoach is equipped with a robust 340 HP Cummins diesel pusher engine, an Allison 6-speed automatic transmission, and a dependable Freightliner chassis. Both the house and chassis batteries were replaced in 2024.

The interior boasts a sophisticated dark cherry veneer finish, two ergonomic lounge/theater seats, and a dinette ideal for family dining. The captain's chairs in the cockpit have recently been re-upholstered with high-quality leather, ensuring enhanced durability compared to standard models. A new sunshade has been installed and has seen minimal use. While a recent windstorm resulted in a bent roller on the driver's side slide, the slide remains fully operational. The slides roller and cover will be professionally replaced prior to sale, or the negotiated price may be adjusted accordingly. The half-bath was recently upgraded with a Dometic 310 series toilet for added comfort.
