Morryde pin box & solid entry step. 40lb propane tanks(x2), power reel for 50a power cord, TST tpms w/repeater, Halo View 7" observation camera w/repeater antenna, 2000w inverter, 2x 15k air conditioner w/heat pumps, 2x fantastic fans w/ rain sensors, fireplace w/heater, 50" tlc 4k tv (3 year old), blue ray player, cherry cabinetry w/soft close drawers, large pantry w/soft close drawers, LG residential fridge (3 door 21 or 22 cuft.?.), residential full size microwave/convection oven, 30" residential propane stove w/full size oven, residential power stove vent, kitchen table has 2 extra leaves, built in charging pad in island countertop, washer and dryer in bathroom, new Dometic porcelain commode, king size bed w/custom memory foam mattress, under bed storage, 40" 12v tv in bedroom. The sleeper sofa has a 5" queen size memory foam mattress. This sofa has the fake leather cover showing hydrolysis cracking. It is the oem furniture. It is still very comfy. Lambright power reclining theater seating w/cup holders and storage in folding center console. This rv tows great. It's weight and suspension provides great stability even in strong crosswinds. We keep this rv at a local outside storage facility. Current price reduced to reflect needed cost of replacing the two campsite awnings fabric. The actual cost is much less than the $3000 price drop. The 3 slide out awnings are fine. We're downsizing to a small travel trailer.
