SNOWBIRD SECIAL: $42000 obo-Augusta RV was renamed "The RV Factory" during 2017/2018. At that time they had 2 model lines, Ambition and Luxe. This is the Augusta RV Ambition ab37rs, of which very few of this floorplan were made. We love this floorplan as it was our home for 5 years. We custom ordered this fifth wheel in the fall of 2016 and picked it up in spring of 2017 and full timed in it for 5 years, coming off the road in 2021 to be closer to family and friends. We've used it infrequently since and have decided to part with it so someone else can enjoy this quality rv, whether for full time use traveling the country, stationary use, or especially snowbirding. With the two 15000btu air conditioners, both with heat pumps, climate control is very comfortable without the use of propane, which is always an option with the furnace. The electric fireplace provides heat also as well as ambiance. The large residential fridge with ice maker, 30" residential propane converted stove and oven, and the residential full size microwave/convection oven will meet any need for meal prep. Even the stove power vent is a residential Broan model that's vented outside. The separate washer and dryer is located in the bathroom beside the large shower. The bedroom has plenty of storage and the king size bed has a custom memory foam matteress from comfortcustombedding.com out of Miami. We purchased the 50" TCL 4k Roku TV in '23. The theater seating was purchased in 2018 from Lambright Custom furniture in Indiana. Unloaded weight-16300 lbs, gvwr 19300 lbs. Overall length is 38'3". It has 3 slideouts. 4 new tires in 08/2024 (Goodyear G-114 "H" weight rated). 4 wheel disc brakes. Morryde pin box & entry step. 40lb propane tanks(x2), power reel for 50a power cord, TST tpms w/repeater, Halo View 7" observation camera w/repeater antenna, 2000w inverter, 2x 15k air conditioner w/heat pumps(both), 2x fantastic fans w/ rain sensors, fireplace w/heater, 50" tlc 4k tv (3 year old), cherry cabinetry w/soft close drawers, blue ray player, LG residential fridge (3 door 21 or 22 cuft.?.), residential full size microwave/convection oven, 30" residential propane stove w/full size oven, residential power stove vent, table has 2 extra leaves, Lambright power reclining theater seats, queen sleeper sofa, built in charging pad in island countertop, washer and dryer in bathroom, new Dometic porcelain commode, king size bed w/custom memory foam mattress, under bed storage, 40" 12v tv in bedroom. The sleeper sofa has a 5" queen size memory foam mattress. This sofa has the fake leather cover showing hydrolysis cracking. It is the oem furniture. It is still very comfy but doesn't look good. This rv tows great. It's weight and suspension provides great stability even in strong crosswinds. A dually is needed for it's stability and weight carrying/tow capacity. We keep this rv at a local outside storage facility. We're downsizing next year to a smaller rv to meet our current needs.
