This is a well built, gently-used RV in very good condition. With it's big tanks, the solar panels, the build in inverter and the TV satellite dish it's perfectly equipped for boondocking trips.

Northwood's reputation for quality is out of question. And on top this is a pre-pandemic model, which gives you even better craftsmanship, as I heard. From the well-designed layout to the manufacturer built aluminum frame, the insulated roof, walls and underbelly. The hardwood cabinet doors and vinyl floor in the living area are easy to keep clean.

I am the second owner of the rig and have added several nice to have items that I will list below. There are some cosmetic issues because of its age (fading graphics for ex), but overall this trailer is in excellent working condition and I did maintain it well.

Rear kitchen, center living floor plan, 1 slide-out with roof topper, very handy outside storage in slide-out, large awning, real queen bed is 60x80. A door separates the bedroom area from the living space, and a wooden pocket door the bathroom from the bedroom area.
