This very livable trailer is equipped with everything needed to take off right away.

It is equipped with dishes, flatware, utensils, pots & pans, and a toaster, as well as lots of other useful kitchen items.

The pantry has a bin system for easy and secure storage.

Bed linens & towels are included and a trailer hitch & sway bar are also included.

The bathroom is not one of those tiny rooms often seen in RVs and the shower is large.

The slides are opposite each other, creating a very roomy living room/kitchen area.

There is lots of storage in this unit, with cupboards next to the bed for hanging clothes, above the bed, under the foot of the bed, cupboards above the sofa (which folds out to a queen size bed), under the dinette seating, a linen closet in the bathroom as well as an under-sink cupboard. There are many additional upgrades as well.

The slides can be controlled from within the unit or with a hand-held remote, as is the awning. There is a built-in antenna for TV and radio, and the TV is smart so can link to a laptop or tablet.

We are the original owners and though we had great intentions when we bought this trailer, due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e., LIFE!) we only took this out on a handful of trips so it is in great condition.

This unit would be wonderful for travel but is also quite liveable and could be used as a rental (for travel professionals maybe ) or for a young adult needing a comfortable, affordable place to live while establishing a career.
