I bought this coach in 2021 and proceeded to completely renovate and remodel it. I tore it down to the solid Oak cabinets and began with all new flooring, new sconces, new carpeting throughout. I had a large screen TV installed inside the cabinets and under the corean countertop (and removed the TV over the drivers seat). It rises at your request, stores below when traveling. A new TV was installed in the bedroom and a Casper foam mattress was installed to replace the original bed. All new mini Levelor blinds in the living room. A new satellite Dish was installed on the roof. A new skylight installed over the shower and I replaced the kitchen exhaust fan. Bright new LED lights on the ceiling. All together the renovation cost $26,000.

Mechanically it's in top shape with a 400 horsepower Caterpillar motor and Allison 3000 transmission. I've done all the services annually regardless of mileage I put on it. Transmission and rear differential were serviced in 2022.

Tires were new (2022) Toyo's. Approximately 5K miles since then. Aqua Hot was replaced in 2020 by the previous owner and has been serviced recently. New starting batteries installed last month. Coach batteries new in 2023.
