Excellent 21 foot travel trailer that's been used only about six times in two years. It sleeps 5, has a three burner propane stove, microwave/convection oven, plenty of storage/closet/cabinet space, and a wall mounted inside tv. There are cable connectors for the inside tv as well as a possible outside tv and JBL factory installed sound system. Roof mounted AC unit with ducts in front and rear as well as the bathroom, a propane heater/furnace, controlled by a wall mounted thermostat. The refrigerator/ freezer runs on electric or propane. Two exhaust vents with fans located in the center of the trailer and one in the bathroom. Nice size shower. Excellent push button interior lighting. Black tank is 25 gallons as is the gray water tank. Fresh water tank is 31 gallons. Nice power awning with led lighting. Six gallon hot water heater that runs on electric or propane. Goodyear tires plus a spare tire mounted on back. Tandem axles create a smoother ride and better braking and yes it does have electric brakes. There is a receiver located at the rear of the trailer that can be used for a bike carrier, cargo carrier, etc. Front mounted dual propane tanks. A roof mounted solar panel keeps the battery charged and there is a rear mounted ladder to the roof. Also, there is a rear outside shower and quick releases for water and propane. Electric service is 30 amps. My tow vehicle is a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado V6 with a towing capacity of 7,000 pounds. Its pictured at two different campsites with the trailer, but is not for sale and is not part of this sale. This is my private camper so to give you an idea of how its been used, I'm a sixty-eight year old semi-retired guy. I've used it four times by myself and twice with my grandson. So this Micro Minnie is definitely a gently used travel trailer. Its a nice travel trailer. Unfortunately I don't use it as much as I thought I would. Price is firm. Serious inquires only please.
