RV Description
I bought this trailer new in 2022 from a dealer in the San Francisco Bay Area for $55,000.00. There was also a special hitch with anti-sway capabilities for $750.00 which is included as well as hookup accessories. It has around 5,000 miles on it driving it to Maine and camping in campgrounds, the tires and brakes are like new. It has been in storage for two years and still smells like new inside. The trailer has many features, two slide outs makes for lots of room inside, central heat & air conditioning, central stereo, Smart TV & Cable/satellite hookup, fireplace, full kitchen, full bathroom, king size bed, outdoor barbecue and kitchen. It has the theater chairs option with massage chairs. The trailer is located in Bangor, Maine right now and I can deliver it. The reason I'm selling it is because I don't use it as I bought a house. It was only used for less than a year and is like brand new. I had it serviced at the local dealer last year, and I bought a 5 year extended warranty which still has two years. Everything is working perfectly, I have the title in hand and registration is current through 2/2026. The trial dimensions are 29'11"long/96" wide/11'3" tall.
