2019 Highland Ridge Open range 4 berth.
This unit is fully kitted out ready for camping with all necessary accessories, perfect for a first time camper. All you need is your clothing, personal items and food and you're ready to go. Far too many items to list, but solar, generators, leads, outdoor table and chairs, and spares to name a small few. It also has a clean title and no Lien on it.
We have owned this from new and all the bugs typically found on a new unit have been sorted!
There's a separate bedroom with 5' by 6'6" bed with storage under, large wardrobe with twin sliding mirror doors, a cupboard with prep for a washer dryer, dresser with 2 drawers and a 32" TV. The bedroom also has a slide out to give clearance around the bed.
The washroom has a large shower with sliding glass doors, fed from a 10 gallon hot water heater, sufficient for 2 showers back to back, porcelain toilet, wash sink and 3 cupboards. there's also 4 drawers and a slide out small worktop. Entry is either from the bedroom or another door to to the hallway.
The hallway has a cupboard for coats and a separate cupboard for all the controls for the slides.
The very large kitchen, lounge and diner has two opposing deep slides giving nearly 15' at its widest.
The kitchen has 5 drawers, 4 large top cupboards, 2 small top cupboards, 3 lower cupboards one with a waste bin. There's also a roll out unit with 2 large cupboards and 2 drawers. All worktops are in Corian. There's an oven, 3 burner hob, microwave and 18cu.ft. fridge freezer with ice maker.
The lounge diner has a fixed table with 4 chairs that have storage under the seats, a three seater sofa that folds out to another 5' by 6'6" bed with memory foam topper for extra comfort. Two theater recliner seats, which face the corner TV cabinet with a 40" TV and storage behind. Below the cabinet is the electric flame effect fire.
The lounge also has 8 more large storage cupboards, and the whole area has windows on 3 sides.
Outside, there's self levelling support legs with fitted stabiliser arms, electric awning with built in LED strip lighting, 3 off 20lb propane cylinders, a large pass through storage locker, with another front locker. The unit has 4 off 110 amp batteries, and 200 watt fitted solar with a portable 160 watt panel as well, for ample power when free camping.
All the tires are less than 3 years old, 3 are only a year old and the spare has not been used.
