2017 Forest River Cascade 254Q, one owner! This spacious 27+ tan and brown beauty offers style and comfort at a very affordable price! Shes had some upgrades, a few repairs, and shows just a smidge of wear in a couple of spots.
The toilet and shower are separate, which is an often overlooked feature to newer campers or those with kids. Can sleep six, as the loveseat and table both convert to beds, too! Plenty of storage. Privacy doors for the master bedroom. Wired for satellite and solar (not included.) Has an antenna booster, AM/FM/DVD-CD/Bluetooth stereo, and TV is included. External speakers and TV mount! Large awning. Fold up storage rack at the rear bumper. Slide out living room.

* Brand new mattress for the main bed
* Brand new cooling unit in the refrigerator
* Brand new toilet
* Class D tires and newer Les Schwab decorative wheels

* Kitchen skylight was replaced when my dumb self stepped on the orignal; since I had to fix that, I applied extra silicone sealant to all roof seams

WEAR & TEAR:
* [This explains the discounted sale price.] The oven pilot doesnt work, and the control valve is no longer available as a repair part. This DOES NOT affect the stove, which works fine. My suggestion is to buy a new oven, which can run from $300-600, plus install.
* Photos show some minor wear and tear to the furniture, wallpaper, wood trim, counters, etc.
* Some of the LEDs in the decorative blue string lights (one interior, one exterior) are no longer working
* A minor dent on the skirt just forward of the slide out
