Priced to sell!

A very loved and well maintained trailer used for weekend trips around the Atlanta area. Unfortunately need to sell due to health issues.

We modified this 2016 Grand Design 28BH by removing the top bunk making it into a two bedroom trailer and converted the dinette to a daybed, but kept all parts and our modifications can be converted back to original floor plan .

The trailer includes a Wingate Wi-Fi system, surge protector electrical system, air conditioner replaced a couple years back and waggle pet monitor system.

The trailer was stored at our house and was always plugged to electrical when not in use.

known issues: needs a jack replaced - we purchased the jack just haven’t installed, there is a place in the floor where the slide comes in the scraped the Linoleum see picture, slight tear in the screen door, lounge chairs have wear and tear (see pictures) . The slide does require a steady push by a human to fully close.
