2016 Outback 250-TRS 27.

The good:
Second owners, purchased from original owner in Boise.
Unique harder to come by floor plan.
King bed slides out the back, dinette slide, bunks on front wall makes the inside feel huge.
A/C has a soft start installed meaning it can be run by a compact generator or 15A circuit.
All appliances are in good working order, plumbing is sanitized and pressure tested with no leaks.
Outdoor stove and wash basin.
True four season design with foam board insulation in walls and heating/insulated/covered underbelly.
Aluminum framing.
Has a flipped axle allowing more clearance from ground to trailer bottom, essentially lifted.
Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch included, $600 brand new.

The not as good:
Wheel bearings should probably be done, no signs of failure but has probably never been done.
Dinette slide top seal (when out) fell off, only a problem if the slide is out and tipped wrong with heavy rain, does not leak when closed.
Slides should probably be serviced and aligned, but are in complete working order.
LED light strip under awning does not work, looks like the wire got pinched in awning, will try to fix in meantime.

I can explain any of this further to a serious buyer.

Gross weight is 7500 lbs, could probably be towed by some 1/2 ton trucks but tongue weight is heavy because of the axle placement with the rear slide so it would be unpleasant for sure.

Great trailer and hard to give up the uniqueness but we need to downsize.
