They protect both buyer and seller from fraud, read more about it there.

We bought this RV for use on our off grid property. The only miles was delivery from the dealer. We have kept it without modification other than below upgrades. It has all the original features of this model year including 2 ducted A/C units, rooftop solar panel, pre-wired for TPMS and rear camera, full size spare tire, booth dinning table that can be folded down for extra sleeping area, sofa sleeper, two recliners with massage mode and seat heater.

RV has lived under cloth solar shades that block most of the sun to keep the roof protected and RV cooler when we are not there. It did not cover it completely, but they block 95% of the UV light and the roof was covered mostly during most daylight hours. Most the images were taken with these shades removed to let more light in, but near the end of the images you can see how it was mostly covered. The seals on the roof still look like new and haven't noticed any defects when I go up to inspect it. The tires were protected from UV exposure and it sat up on wood to help prevent flat spots.

Upgrades:

- Installed a hard wired, Hughes Power Watchdog 50 Amp SmartSurge Protector and EPO to protect the entire RV from surges and any improper voltage hookups.

- Brand new Purple brand mattress. If you do not want mattress, we will remove it and discount the RV another $1,000. The images were taken right before I installed this mattress so it does not reflect that accurately. The original mattress shown in the images is not available.

Defects

- Small defect in the flooring that we didn't notice when purchasing new, but was too small to try to get warranty claim(third to last image, I put pen down for reference.).

- One of the two motorized canopies has an arm that is slightly bent. It unfolds and folds like normal, except that one side does not retract all the way flush(as seen in second to last image), it about a couple inches from when it was when new. Since it works perfectly, I did not see any need to replace this. For storage, I have a quick release pin that holds it in place when folded up so it stays flush next to the camper(final image).

Everything in the RV works well and is functional. It has been a good home away from home for us when we are out on our property and I hope the next owner will enjoy it as much as we did. We are only selling because I'm nearing completion of a little room I'm building out there and no longer need the RV at that point.
