Purchased NEW in March 2022. I am a home/business stager-stylist so I took out the ugly furniture and replaced w/ lightweight stylish pieces. If you want the sofa replaced with a futon I can swap out this sofa. I own a furniture store. I installed solar as soon as I bought it also installed a new 5000w inverter. Has one 170W solar panel. This solar kit can take up to 2 more panels. The Solar is called ZAMP 1005 Solar Kit, purchased from COAST RV in Agoura Hills, CA.

This is the top of the line small toy hauler. Back patio can be used as a ramp too! Great to corral your puppies, or babies! This beauty is amazing when backing into the water at the beach or lakes. The views are amazing! The inside shower has never been used. Has inside and outside bluetooth speakers, LED blue ambiance lighting on the outside awning, dog leash D hook, outdoor storage that can be accessed from under the queen bed, or outside. Back up camera, A/C and heating, inside battery kill, 2 newer 6V deep cycle marine batteries, electric awning, electric tongue jack, 4 stabilizer jacks. Great oversized tires for those dirt roads. It has been camping only 6 times. I don't want to sell, but I need one that sleeps more for my grand babies. I have rinsed it, lubed it with T-6, and use rust converter every time I park it in storage. Entire queen bed lifts from inside to full under carriage storage that is accessible from inside or outside. The small bunk bed on top of the queen has been converted to storage. You can easily buy a small mattress to go back in that spot. I have long since tossed it. Along with the table and the chairs it came with. They were wonky and cheap. The sofa and chair I have in there are nice and light and I often put them on the deck. Easy to do that!

Don't buy basic new, and then sink money into all the upgrades! I've already done it! Solar alone cost me $3500 with the inverter, panel and labor.
