RV Description
Inner shower ya'll!!! Get er done before someone else buys this! With a low dry weight of 2,979lbs this can be pulled by many 6cyl cars. This is the upgraded "Hood River Edition" model which is 4" taller and has a black tank flush!! Also ahead of its time is the nice slide out allowing for more room inside. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably, tires like new, outer seals done Oct 2024, hot water furnace fully serviced with new module installed in May 2025, no leaks anywhere. Even has a back storage pop up that can double as an entertainment point by having an extra sink, additional propane hookup for a grill, and a TV mount (TV not included). Inner TV is included and has a surprisingly very good picture quality. Installed antennae works good (we get about 40 channels but you may get none pending where you are, duh). There is installed wiring for solar (see pic), but Ive never tried it so cant comment on it. May work, may not. Dealers may have something similar to this RPOD for 11-12k but after taxes and fees your looking at 14. I'm currently selling this in Sacramento County, California but if it doesn't sell by around the first of August, im moving it out of State with my relocating.
