Hello there!

Well, the time has come. We (my lovely wife and I) are finally selling our beloved Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel. We have absolutely loved this RV and we hate to see it go! We just aren't using it enough anymore and it needs to go to a good home. If you're looking for a turnkey RV in great shape, please keep reading!

Up for sale is our 2016 Grand Design Reflection Super-Lite 29RS 5th Wheel with a TON of upgrades! We are also including EVERYTHING YOU NEED to hit the road TODAY! You will not find a turnkey RV like this at any dealer! Perfect for a first time owner or someone who is looking for a turnkey RV. This would also make a turnkey Airbnb listing!

This unit has been meticulously cared for and rarely used. We are the 2nd owners. In addition to the spacious floorplan, a big selling point for us was that the 1st owner did a ton of upgrades and also sold it with a few extras, making it turnkey for us. We have since added to and upgraded the collection of extras and are now selling it with even more! Here's what you get:

UPGRADES:

- KING BED. We cut our memory foam mattress to fit and we LOVE it. (If you don't, we'll buy a new queen mattress)

- AC Soft Start. Easily run AC on 110v or with the included 2000W generator. Perfect for moochdocking!

- TWO Fantastic Fans with remote controls

- Slide Covers

- Upgraded Brass water control valve. The old plastic one is known to have issues.

- Upgraded stairs. Lightweight and versatile for any terrain.

- Strong Arms. Excellent stability when you're all set up.

- Winegard Wifi Extender & 4g Cellular

- 55" TV. A HUGE upgrade in quality and size from the standard 40".

- Vizio Sound bar

EXTRAS

- 2000W Dual Fuel Inverter Generator with very low hours.

- Levelmate Pro. This RV doesn't have automatic leveling, but honestly, with the Anderson ramps and Levelmate Pro, it's super easy to level.

- Anderson Leveling Ramps and Chocks

- Tire Minder & Booster. Peace of mind with constant tire pressure monitoring.

- Rearview Camera

- RV cover ($570, purchased in 2023 to replace an older cover)

- Tire covers

- 50 and 30 amp Surge Protectors

- 50 and 30 amp Extension Cords

- 2 110v extension cords

- Every cord adapter you could possibly need

- Water Filter. We just recently changed the filters.

- Water Pressure Regulator

- 100' water hose. Only a few months old.

- 2 sewer hoses and all connectors

- X-chocks tire stabilization system

- Leveling blocks. We use these under the front and rear jacks.

- Refrigerator fan. Helps eliminate freezing & works like a charm.

- Outdoor propane grill with line that hooks up at the outdoor kitchen.

- Water shutoff valves on the toilet and the low point drains (Why this isn't included from the factory is beyond me!)

- Telescoping Ladder. Easily access the roof without stressing the onboard ladder.

- Two dehumidifiers

- Two electric space heaters. Many times this is fine instead of the main furnace. Saves on propane.

- Dishes, pots and pans

- Recently packed wheel bearings

All of these extra's and upgrades are nearly $7,000 and that's WITHOUT installation!

We have all of the original paperwork and the maintenance records. It's always been covered and winterized every year. We had to keep it in covered storage for about a year but for the last 2.5 years we have kept it on our property (with full hookups!). We also constantly run dehumidifiers and a small heater when it's not in use.

One other thing worth mentioning. With our short bed truck and PullRite SuperGlide hitch, the total length of 48' means we never had a problem find a spot to park it, including many state parks. It's big, but not too big. It's just right! If you're looking for a good hitch, we may be able to accommodate you there as well. In fact, we may even consider selling the truck, but I wouldn't hold your breath! We do love our 2009 Silverado 2500 HD so the price would have to be right to consider it.

Last but not least, we do have to mention one small problem with the RV. (A hush comes over the crowd! haha). The black tank control valve doesn't quite shut off all the way. We asked the dealer about fixing it and they actually recommended we just install a gate valve on the sewer outlet. That's exactly what we did and for $25 the problem has been solved! Other than this, there's nothing wrong with this RV, except that it needs a good home where it will get the proper use that it deserves!
