Trailer is in good shape and has many years of life left in it. It served its purpose for our family and got my wife addicted enough to camping to encourage us to upgrade to a bigger trailer. Weve taken it from Teton (in the snow) to the Black Hills with no issues and it has provided a lifetime of memories.
Here is the good. All appliances work including 3-way fridge, heater and hot water heater. Comes with 2 propane tanks, a microwave, bike racks, electrical cords, hose, dishes and pretty much everything you need. New tires put on last summer and wheel bearings were repacked. All electrical is in working condition as well. We put new flooring down, painted the cabinets and put new covers on the cushions to give it a more modern feel.
Here is the less than perfect. At some point before we bought it, the trailer had some hail damage to the roof. It is superficial only and does not leak. Weve sat out some big storms playing games in the trailer and never had a drop come in. The canvas is in great shape. We did repair 1 tear at the zipper on a window which has been re-sown and it has some Guerrilla tape on it just in case. Again, its never leaked and its been on there for 3 years. There is a clip that holds on the cover to the furnace that is missing, Im sure someone more handy than me can fix it or better at googling can find a replacement. Right now it balances on there just fine but it isnt secure. There are a few water marks where the sink folds up due to my not tightening the new faucet on there enough when I installed it. I wouldnt call it water damage, but there is a mark so wanted to be sure anyone who asks to see the trailer knows it is there.
JD Power suggests $5500-$7000. Im asking $3,500.
Its ready to roll for the rest of the camping season.
