The RV has a current NH inspection sticker and was fully serviced at the Cummins dealer in Portland Maine last month. Documentation is available. All original Winnebago manuals are included with the RV.

This RV has had pets in it just so you know if allergic.

This unit is built on a Freightliner chassis and powered by a 400HP Cummins engine. The engine compression brake really helps with saving the brakes. This unit does not require DEF!. The hitch is rated for 10,000 pounds.

The Onan diesel 8,000 KW generator will power everything on board. The basement ducted air conditioner makes for a quiet environment and the automatic levelers make setting up much easier.

The 10 gallon electric / gas water heater really works well for long showers and the motor aid system makes sure the water is already hot after a day of driving.

When it is chilly outside the two furnaces will keep you warm.

Backup and side cameras are installed and the RV has a Garmin 870 RV GPS as well as a tire pressure monitoring system for the RV and toad.

The kitchen has a 3 burner stove and a convection microwave oven.

The TOYO tires are 2 years old and Magne Shade tire covers are included.

There is a Magne Shade front window cover included as well and there are two large awnings to keep you cool in the sun.

The three large slides with toppers make an open and inviting floor plan.

This unit comes with a large jackknife sofa and a smaller sleeper sofa that makes a comfortable queen bed, a large booth dining area ( c-shaped) with a large oval table which is great for dining or playing games. The captain seat and co-pilot seat are made by Flexsteel and have electric controls. They can swivel and face the living room area when parked.

There are 3 TVs inside; two in the dining/living room area and one in the bedroom. There is also a small one outside. There are HDMI access cables on the living room TVs and the bedroom one is a new smart TV. Although there is a satellite receiver it is no longer usable.

The bedroom has a Sleep Number king-sized bed topped with a 2-inch memory foam topper. This bed can be used without the slide-out extended, if needed. There is a large clothes closet and a separate coat closet. This coach has a ton of storage both inside and out.
