A beloved travel trailer that has gone around the west coast on many family camping trips in CA, WA, NV & AZ. 2nd owner but we've had it for 12 years. All the advantages of an RV (places to store stuff, a dinette, two kings (and a half) beds, sink, stove, AC and heat BUT you are sleeping with so much air around you because of the fold down beds (so you feel like you are camping and not in a box). Cartridge toilet means no black tank messes and handy for middle of the night bathroom needs (original privacy curtain included) . We've never used the sink (except to store our camping toiletries) or AC (we rarely camp with plug ins) - I like using it only for sleeping and changing clothes but it has been in 3 Christmas camping trips (two in Death Valley and One in Yosemite) and we were warm inside thanks to the propane heater!

Front tongue storage. Locking bike rack mounted on roof (currently holds three bikes but a forth rack could be added). One propane tank and battery included but has room for another propane tank. Manual awning (that has attachable screen side panels. Original BBQ and 2 burner propane stove each that can attach to the exterior (and plug into the propane tank. Completely water tight inside. Outdoor shower hookups (never used). Slide out dinette has small tear near base but currently repaired with cloth tape and completely functional. It's not new but it's in GREAT shape.

Empty it's 2630 pounds but with stuff I would say 3500 to be safe storing it with all the supplies in it. Trailer brakes installed (so you will want a 7 pin hitch cable). 19 feet closed but 26 when it's open. Hitch weight 175. The other advantage to a travel trailer is it stores easily in any carport or garage.

LOVE this trailer but kids are in college and I'm not camping as much and this camper is meant for a family or group. Ask any questions. Her name is Gert (Gertrude) but she'll answer to anything..... :)
