I bought in Florida in 2023 with 67,000 miles and immediately drove to home to California

Tires were new when I bought the bus in 23 and have approximately 15k miles on them, they look brand new.

Ford V10 Gasoline Engine - Replaced with new engine just before I purchased. New Engine has approximately 15k miles

New extremely expensive Catalytic Converter with Security Cage welded to the frame I added in California

Runs perfect and very quiet.

Extremely well maintained but has a few bruises mostly around the bay door exteriors. They were actually repainted by the original owner as his wife had a few challenging days at the gas station. Its a big bus and completely understandable.

A 4th full size AC unit has been added to rear Garage area. This unit can cool the entire bus by itself.

The Queen Bed was removed by original owners and I replaced with new Kathy Ireland Powered and Lighted Recliners from Camping World.

Upstairs bedroom has barely been used

A full sub floor was added to read Garage to eliminate the slope and create a more level surface to stand on. The original rubber floor remains as new underneath.

The rear fold down seats and blinds were removed by original owner and are in perfect condition
