RV Description
You are doing yourself a miss service to not even take a look and be impressed. I could also be open to reasonable offers.
This Cedar Creek Custom has been meticulously maintained. It has the full paint option, washer/dryer/whirlpool home fridge, central vacuum, king size bed along with pull out lazy boy sofa and 2 recliners. I have recently installed all new axels suspension tires and wheels and brakes. 2 awnings. including an awning over 1 slide out. toppers on every slide with aluminum covers. 6 point self leveling system new batteries, dishwasher for some reason doesn't work? Beautiful wood trim inside not like the newer models with vinyl. dining table w/ 4 chairs. This was $96,000 list in 2014. Roof is perfect just had it resealed last year. This is a real beautiful unit. hard pressed to find one nicer or better maintained. Electrical power wire storage reel. Nothing missed. Surround sound and 2 flat screens. Large one in living room and smaller in bedroom. Day/night 2 system shades. NEVER SMOKED IN! Selling only because we are getting too old and don't use it enough. It also has the expensive air ride hitch. Electric Fireplace aluminum ducted heating system and 2 a/c units 15,000 btu and 13,500 btu in bedroom. Microwave oven, ottorman 40" flat screen tv in living room which lowers into the cabinet behind the fireplace and flat screen tv in bedroom. Trail Air hitch.
I guarantee that if you saw this camper in person you would realize that you would need to spend a minimum of $60,000 to $80,000 to obtain a camper of this quality and loaded with these options. Also even a new unit you're gonna find things that need to be fixed. This camper is spectacularly maintained and is built better than most of the new ones. I just put brand new deep cycle batteries in it along with a new converter yesterday. I think you'll be SHOCKED. You will wonder why you never came to see it earlier.
NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!!!!
Unfortunately I'm getting too old to continue pulling it. I'm selling my Denali Dually as well.
Guaranteed you won't be disappointed!!! The trailer has all of the ****** little issues you find in a new rv completely fixed and the truck if interested is quite frankly better than new. It must be seen to believe.
