This 2005 Rialta 22 QD is in great condition! It has been carefully maintained and fully serviced with many upgrades over the last year, including a new custom-built generator, transmission cooler, 10-inch Bluetooth stereo system with wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto, ScanGauge III, interior LED lights, and more. The rooftop AC is a high-efficiency 13500 BTU unit with heat. There is also a propane 19000 BTU built-in heater/furnace. Because this unit was sold and housed in Florida, there is little (we don't see any at all) to no rust on the underside or the body panels. The cab AC was recently checked by mechanic for leaks or issues and received a clean bill of health.

The Winnebago Rialta 22 QD is a fully self-contained RV. This unit averages between 18-21 MPG! We routinely got 20-21 mpg! The Rialta is one of the most popular Class C motorhomes ever made due to its size, mpg, and maneuverability! Most of the time, we fit in a normal parking space and could use many drive-thru lanes!

This Rialta has a built-in 2-burner (propane) stove, sink, microwave, and 2.1 Cubic Ft 3-way powered refrigerator, plus 12-volt and 110-volt outlets. The unit also has a large skylight that brightens the whole unit. Also, speaking of light and visibility, this RV has the largest back window a driver and passengers could possibly want! That was a must for us when we were looking for an RV. The unit also has large windows throughout, giving everyone a window seat (one of the best features when traveling!).

The bathroom telescopes out with ease when the toilet or shower is in use and quickly pushes back into the wall so you have full use of your interior living space. The unit has 2 swivel captain's chairs for the driver and passenger, and directly behind the captain's chairs are 2 lounge seats. There is a dinette in the rear that easily folds down into a bed (measuring 50"x 79"), and the 2 lounge seats turn into a 42" x 74" bed.

This unit also has a factory receiver hitch, a back trunk area for storing tools and supplies, and factory 16" stylized aluminum wheels. The paint scheme is Luxor-beige Metallic.

CLEAN TITLE

PROS: All of the above and more! The unit is so clean and in great shape all around!

CONS: Small amount of fading on some plastic pieces and exterior decals; small exterior dent in rear (about the size of a ping pong ball) and another similar small one on front fender panel (see photos); small amount of cracking in the A-pillar trim in front cab; slight peeling of wallpaper under the side rear window due to small former window seal leak, which was repaired by dealer. Evap system check engine light comes on rarely (we've seen it once this year). The light coming on did not effect drivability and disappeared after the hottest part of the day. We have a spare evap canister for it in case it does eventually become an issue.
