Come look at this beautiful 35 foot 3 slide out CLASS A motorhome that has been fully renovated with modern designs and sleek upgrades.

Kitchen:

Installed a fully functional apartment sized 18" residential dishwasher and beautiful brand new butcher block countertop that is 32" deep for extra counter space! Big galley sink with cup washer and brand new lower cabinets each 27" in width. Also installed a brand new (July 2024) residential refrigerator/freezer with space of up to 12 cu ft (more than doubled the original fridge size). Air fryer/toaster oven/oven appliance included in sale. No microwave.

Bathroom and Shower:

Installed new 18" vanity with marble top and bronze faucet. Vinyl tile flooring and porcelain elongated toilet as well as a new partition half wall with extra counter space and hanging baskets for extra storage space. New lighting fixtures as well. Shower has a new light and new plumbing fixture. Currently it is being used as a storage closet because we live in it full time and use the parks shower facilities for our bathing needs. Dual fuel hot water tank runs on either electricity or propane.

Main Slide (Living Room)

2 new sleeper sofas (leather) plus pantry. New vinyl flooring throughout the motorhome as well. New light fixtures throughout.

Rear Bedroom (2 slide outs)

Upgraded from a queen to now a KING size bed. Wardrobe has been refinished and painted white as well as new shelving installed to maximize storage space. There is also storage underneath the king bed. (King bed frame was upgraded to 3/4 plywood from the original 1/2 OSB for more rigid and sturdy frame). New light fixtures in the bedroom including inside the wardrobe as well. Mattresses in photo are not included.

Miscellaneous:

All windows come with new fabric blinds (shown in pictures), they also come with insulation sheets that are cut to each window and have velcro attachments for easy installation for the Florida summers!

Roof was resealed Dec 2024. No leaks and no issues with water intrusion. Motorhome has been kept inside a pole barn when not in use.

New wired back up camera installed with night vision mode for night driving.

Chassis battery charger installed so when plugged into shore power and the coach batteries are full, it switches and charges the chassis battery to prevent rundown. New batteries installed October 2023. Upgraded to AGM batteries as well. All marine grade with high discharge and charge rates.

Propane AUX tank adapter installed to be able to attach and use auxiliary propane tanks (we use this when we are at a campground for extended periods of time so we don't have to pack up and drive motorhome to fill main tank when we run out)

Safety was completed July 2024 as well. Here is a breakdown of what has been replaced/repaired.

- new ABS sensors
- new big foot levelling system
- rear axle serviced
- all fluids have been flushed and replaced
- onboard generator fluids flushed and replaced including oil filter
